Double Swing Gate

Double swing gate is manufactured from heavy duty steel, mainly including gate panel which infilled with welded wire mesh and stable posts made of round or square tube. The double leaf design allow any opening angle up to 180°. It is practical and safety for create a driveway to your manor. We also offer single metal garden gate for garden walkway requirement. All gate panels are professionally welded, we adopt pre hot dipped galvanized or powder coated to make it anti- corrosion & aging for prolonged use. Each metal garden gate fitted with the mounting posts and bolt hinges, the installation work is very easy.

All gates are custom made to order by hand with stainless steel powder coated screws.  Then framed and welded.

Material: high quality low carbon steel wire 

Post using international standard tube as material (60×60×2.0mm, 75×75×3.0mm, 80×80×3.0mm, 100×100×3.0mm or Dia 60×2.0mm, 75×2.0mm, 80×2.0mm, 89×3.0mm, 100×3.0mm), 

Frame adopted Pre galvanized tube welded(30×30×1.5mm, 40×40×1.5mm, 40×60×1.5, 60×60×1.5mm)

Fixings: Heavy duty hinges,nuts, bolts. 

Surface: Gate use pre hot dipped galvanized wire or tube fabricate and after several clear procedure. We use famous international powder (AkzoNobel) sprayed.In that case can got strongly resist the corrosive and ultraviolet radiation. Double coating layer high quality anti corrupt . The longevity will 10 years long.

Hot dipped galvanized after fabricated ,The Zn can got 50----60g/m2. Longevity will got more than 15 years.
