Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire

Hot galvanized wire is immersed in the molten zinc melt, the production speed is fast, the coating is thick but not uniform, the market allows the minimum thickness of 45 microns, up to 300 microns or more Color darker, consumption of zinc metal and more, with the base metal to form infiltration layer, corrosion resistance, outdoor hot galvanized can be maintained for decades. As the resulting coating is thicker, hot-dip galvanized has better protective properties than galvanized zinc and is therefore an important protective coating for steel parts for harsh working conditions. Hot galvanized products in the chemical industry, oil processing, marine exploration, metal structure, power transmission, shipbuilding and other industries have a wide range of applications in the agricultural areas such as pesticide sprinkler irrigation, greenhouses and construction industry such as water and gas transportation, wire casing, scaffolding, Highway fence, etc, is now widely used.

Materials and Processing :
We use quality low carbon steel wire in producing of hot-dip galvanized wire, going through wire drawing, acid washing, rust removing, annealing and coiling.

Applications:
Hot-dip galvanized wire is extremely flexible and soft, extensively used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses.
Besides, Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron Wire is the good material for making galvanized barbed wire, heavy galvanized chain link fence, gabion basket and welded mesh.

Hot-dipped galvanized steel wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, bobbins wire, spool wire, making of wire mesh, cut wire or tie wire to satisfy our customers' specific requirements.
