What are the principles of galvanizing and the advantages of using galvanized chain link fence

Galvanizing principle of galvanized Crochet net: in the plating bath containing zinc plating solution, the parts to be plated after cleaning and special pretreatment are used as cathode and the anode and cathode are respectively connected with the positive and negative sum of DC power supply. The zinc plating bath is composed of an aqueous solution containing metal coated compounds, conductive salts, buffers, pH regulators and additives. 

After being electrified, the metal ions in the galvanizing bath move to the cathode and form a coating under the action of potential difference. The positive metal forms metal ions into the zinc plating bath to maintain the concentration of the metal ions to be coated. In some cases, such as chromium plating, it is an insoluble anode made of lead and lead antimony alloys.

 It only serves to transfer electrons and conduct current. The concentration of chromium ion in the electrolyte needs to be maintained by adding chromium compounds to the bath regularly. During galvanizing, the quality of anode and material, the composition of galvanizing bath, temperature, current density, electrifying time, stirring intensity, precipitated impurities and power waveform will affect the quality of the coating, which needs to be controlled timely.
